Bukan merupakan rahasia bahwa Paul Gilbert, one of the greatest guitarists of our time, adalah fans berat dari Eddie Van Halen. Di albumnya “Get Out of My Yard” (released in 2006), ia terinspirasi utk membuat sebuah musik instrumen yang diperuntukkan kepada idolanya tsb yang kemudian ia beri judul “3 E’s For Edward”.
Menurut Pablo:
“Gitar Hero terbesar saya adalah Edward. Saya dapat menemukan visi kebebasan ditiap karyanya, kebajikan berikut kesenangan dan kebahagiaan tiada tara yang tak terakomodasi kata. Saya berharap, dia [Eddy, pink] dapat menemukan jalan tanpa sedikitpun polusi serta sekali lagi dapat menunjukkan keindahan musik-musiknya. Dengan 3 harapan ini, saya letakkan 3 senar di gitar akustik saya, yang ketiganya bernada E (in octaves), dan akan saya persembahkan untuknya”

In contrast to the hip-hop-metal tinge the first album had, Buy Now... Saved Later has a more traditional guitar-metal sound, produced by Colin Richardson.
The cover art features a woman with devil horns, seemingly made of (or at least covered with) dollar notes and holding a Bible in her right hand, and a bitten apple in the left (a reference to temptation). Behind her is a grey One Minute Silence logo which also appears on the CD, on a black background.
